This is my new diet plan shared by a friend: I am kinda doing the same thing anyways under 300 cals. per day at dinner and 95% veggies. Wish me luck. Losing 10 lbs. in 15 days. Did it before. It's possible :)
I kept 80lbs for 5 years eating only those on the list... and tons of it I guess. but NO fruits. they aren't safe foods for me. :)
I exercise 20minuts cardio 3 times a day, so easy just 20min!! Good luck with your goal! You are so close to it girl!! Its gonna be soon to come☆

Well today was a strange day. I feel so tired. My period only lasted 2 1/2 days. I have been eating less, so perhaps it is due to
lack of calories. I feel more tired when I do eat. I love my iced coffee's with 3 shots of espresso though. They are my meals lately. I just hate feeling full. I felt so moody today I ended up binging on oatmeal covered in brown sugar. Purged it all up and took 5 laxatives. I want a fresh start tomorrow. Trying to fast. If I do eat it will be fruits and veggies only. Besides drinks, coffee, water, crystal light, diet coke. I am determined to lose 20 pounds in one month. Than I will weigh 90 pounds!! I figure I can accomplish this by eating less than 250 cals. per day and exercising (pilates 30 minutes) daily. And again fruits and veggies. Oh well, my head is in a fog. Going to try to get some sleep.

chewing and spitting, or munching, or purging. Not eating is soo easy for me. So I am going to embrace it.
I am just not going to eat for as long as possible. When or if I eat, my calorie limit per day will be 250/ 300 max. 200 or under
is my ideal. Foods - cleaning up my diet. I will eat foods closest to nature, fruits, veggies, and of course coffee. No processed foods, no junk, no crap. Under 7 grams of fat per day also. Drink lots of water, less diet drinks more iced coffee.
Exercise will be optional. Fun and being happy in life comes first. I am aiming for pilates dvd -one a day about 20 minutes.
They make me feel good, endorphins and such - a natural anti-depressant. So I would like to do this daily.
NEW RULES::: no chewing and spitting no purging just don't eat. and if you do eat healthy foods.
I took some laxatives tonight so that tomorrow I can feel like I have a clean fresh and new start.
I weigh 110 on my scale at home. I will drop 20 pounds in 4 weeks ---5 lbs. per week. Then I will be 90 pounds.
This is doable and I am strong. This is happening.
